Cancellation Policy

At Connective Therapy, appointment times are reserved specifically for you. To help us offer appointments fairly and efficiently, we ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

    •    Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur a charge.

    •    Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full appointment fee.

    •    Missed appointments ("no-shows") will incur the full appointment fee.

    •    Clients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment session to avoid delaying
subsequent appointments. The full appointment fee will still apply.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies, illness, and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In exceptional circumstances, fees may be waived at our discretion.

How to Cancel or Rearrange

Appointments can be cancelled or rearranged via your appointment confirmation email, through the online booking system, or by contacting Connective Therapy directly.
